even though I didn't really get into the spoken word stuff of Murder of the Universe, the live versions of those tracks are still fantastic. Lord of Lightning is an absolute barnburner.
also anyone saying they're just a jam band, look at how they all sync up at 24:08 on an irregular and quite fast tempo. Incredibly talent dudes right there.
Most recent album I've been enjoying is Ceschi "Broken Bone Ballads". I gave it a listen after hearing about it on Myke C-Town's channel. I'm really digging it at the moment.

I'd say it's actually a little closer to his last record or Huge Chrome Cylinder Box Unfolding but definitely a lot darker as you say
