I'm gonna see if I can get my hands on a vinyl copy of "E. 1999 Eternal" by BTNH here soon. It was the first CD that I ever bought and owned when I was a kid, and I still love it to this day. As an adult, I can obviously appreciate it a lot more. They were pioneers in the style of Hip-Hop with singing in their music on top of fast raps, and smooth flows.

  • I'm officially have vinyl fever now I guess. I've always preferred to have physical copies of my music over digital, but it's always been CD's for the most part. Now though, after seeing all the sweet packaging of vinyl records online and hearing them spin, I'm beginning to buy a lot more vinyl.

My first record was a 7" of "Dead And Gone" by Twiztid, which is one of my favorite tracks by them. It has a remix on the B-Side feat. Jarren Benton that's fucking awesome.

Then... I got the record that made me completely fall in love with vinyl, and I knew I had to seek out more. It was a 12" double LP limited pressing of Twiztid's debut album "Mostasteless". My girlfriend got it for me as a Christmas gift, and I wasn't even aware it existed!! It's never been released on vinyl and it wasn't listed on the Audio Box that it came with. It's definitely one of my most prized possessions, and I'm glad I got one of the 1,000 that were pressed.

So yeah... I'm looking forward to what I find next.
